We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Eclatshoes. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within the guidelines below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a return.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration are not eligible for refund.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  2. Once approved, we will send you return instructions, including where to send the package.

  3. Ship the item back within the specified timeframe.

Please note that Eclatshoes is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

  • If we determine the return is our fault, we will cover the return shipping cost or issue a prepaid return label.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take up to 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, you may:

  1. Return the original item following the return process.

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or error:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.

We will either replace the item, issue a full refund, or provide store credit, depending on your preference and availability.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items worn, altered, or washed
