At Eclatshoes, we make payments straightforward and secure so you can shop with confidence.

Accepted Payment Methods We currently accept the following options at checkout:

  • PayPal – Pay securely with your PayPal account or as a guest using your linked card.
  • Credit and Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (processed through secure Paypal).

All transactions are handled via trusted payment processors that meet PCI DSS security standards. We do not accept other methods like bank transfers, cash on delivery, or cryptocurrency at this time.

Payment Security

  • Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
  • All transactions use SSL encryption to protect your information during processing.
  • We employ fraud prevention tools to monitor orders and may request additional verification for suspicious activity (e.g., contacting you to confirm).
  • If payment fails or is flagged, your order will not proceed – please try again or contact support.

How Payments Work

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout once authorized.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email right after successful payment.
  • For our custom-made products, production starts only after payment is confirmed.
  • If your payment is declined (e.g., insufficient funds or card issue), the order is canceled automatically – contact your bank or try another method.

Currency

  • All prices are shown in USD (United States Dollars).
  • If you’re paying from outside the US, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rates – these are not charged by Eclatshoes.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

  • We do not add sales tax at checkout (handled by your local region if applicable).
  • For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, or other charges at delivery.

Refunds and Disputes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or the card used).
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days for cards; usually faster for PayPal (24–48 hours).

Important Notes

  • Orders are final once payment is processed and production begins (custom items cannot be canceled afterward).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to fraud suspicion, stock issues, or policy violations (full refund issued if applicable).
